At IRONFUEL, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, IRONFUEL may offer free shipping promotions. Any minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated.

Local Pickup
Where available, local pickup can be selected during checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before arriving.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IRONFUEL is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll assist in opening a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
