At IRONFUEL, we take pride in creating premium apparel built for everyday performance. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage.

Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty:

Clearance or final sale items

Items marked "Final Sale"

Undergarments or other hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos showing the problem
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to product availability.
If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll issue store credit or process a refund once your return has been inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item has an approved manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as IRONFUEL cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return process.
